The operator of the Mamasitter website and web application, as a Data Controller, wishes to comply with the legal obligations by respecting the rights of the Data Subjects . 2016/679. s. European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination of information and freedom of information. in accordance with the provisions of the Act and other applicable data protection legislation, as defined in this information sheet, based on the provisions of the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH), it handles the personal data of the Data Subjects with respect for the principles of personal data management.

The provision of the data is voluntary, sourced from the Stakeholders during their registration on the website and mobile application.

Purpose of data management

​

The Data Controller manages the data for the purposes of registration for the Test Facility, use of the mobile application, provision of related services, personalization of the user experience and  marketing communication.

Legal basis for data management

​

The Data Controller uses the data provided by the Data Subject on the basis of Article 6 (1) point a) of the GDPR, as well as the recording made in the mobile application in accordance with Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk") 2:48. It is managed according to § (1). is entitled to make a backup of the (personal) data stored in the Application or provided by the Data Subject. If the Data Subject shares data that is considered special data in the mobile application (health data, child's diet, etc.), the Data Controller will handle it based on Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR).

Duration of data management

The Data Controller stores the data during the active period of the user account or until the consent of the Data Subject is withdrawn. The Data Subject has the option to delete the user account in the mobile application, to unsubscribe from the newsletter with the Unsubscribe option at the bottom of the letter, or to request the deletion of their data at the email address hello@mamasitter.com.

Privacy Policy

Its data management principles are in accordance with the current legislation on data protection. 

The processed personal data is used only with the consent of the data subjects and only for a specific purpose. The data controller will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the data is handled securely. The Data Controller is responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of personal data after they have been provided.

Rights of Data Subjects

The Data Controller ensures that the Data Subjects can exercise their rights defined in the GDPR regulation . The Data Controller cannot  refuse a request to exercise these rights, unless it proves that the Data Subject cannot be identified. identify.

The Data Controller is obliged to fulfill the request without delay, but within a maximum of one   month from receipt, and to inform the Data Subject about possible   obstacles or delays in the fulfillment. In this case, the deadline can be extended by another two months , provided that the person concerned is informed of the extension and the reason for it within one month. 

The Data Controller will respond to the Data Subject's request electronically, if it specifically states otherwise. 

In order to ensure the rights of the Data Subject, the rights contained in this information can be exercised free of charge .  

If and if the requested measure or information is excessive or obviously unfounded, the Data Controller may charge a reasonable amount for the fulfillment (especially to cover the increased administrative costs of excessive requests), or  may refuse to act on the request. In such a case, the Data Controller owes the Data Subject an obligation to provide reasons. 

 

In accordance with the legislation, the Data Subject may exercise the following rights: 

 

a.) During the entire period of data management, the Data Subject is entitled to request information and access to the provided contact details  about the personal data managed by the Data Controller,  and about the characteristics of data management, in particular:  

  • on the identity of the Data Controller, contact details, the purpose, legal basis and duration of data management,  

  • about the name, address, and activities of the data processor,  if a data processor is used 

  • on the legal basis and recipient of data transmission, if data transmission  takes place 

  • about the possible data protection incident

c.) The Data Subject's personal data will be deleted if the processing of the data is illegal, the purpose of data processing has ceased, or the court or the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority has legally ordered it .  

 

d.) Upon the Data Subject's request, the Data Controller restricts the processing of personal data: 

  • if the Data Subject disputes the accuracy of his/her data, in this case the limitation applies to the period that allows the Data Controller to check the accuracy of  personal data

  • if the data processing is illegal and the Data Subject opposes the deletion of their data and  instead requests their restriction

  • The Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of data management , but the Data Subject requires them to submit, assert or protect his/her legal claim 

  • if the Data Subject objects to data processing, in this case the limitation  applies to the period until it is determined whether the Data Controller's legitimate reasons take precedence over the Data Subject's against his reasons. 

 

e.) the Data Subject may object to the processing of his personal data if his data is processed on the legal basis necessary for the enforcement of the Data Controller's own or a third party's legitimate interests. In this case, the personal data may no longer be processed by the  Data Controller, unless it proves that the data processing is justified by compelling legitimate  reasons that take precedence over the interests of the Data Subject, against your rights and freedom, or which are related to the presentation, enforcement or protection of legal claims.  

 

f.) If the data processing is based on consent, or is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract  and the data processing takes place in an automated manner, i.e. the Data Subjects' data is handled using a computerized register , the Data Subject is entitled to he/she will receive the personal data concerning him/her provided by the  Data Controller in a segmented, widely used,   machine-readable format. Furthermore, they are forwarded to another Data Manager  without the Data Manager hindering this.
